A defined 4-week engagement, not open-ended consulting: discovery, redesign, a pilot cohort, and handoff, with a clear deliverable at each stage. Start with a Program Outcomes Diagnostic: its findings become the discovery brief, and the engagement is scoped and quoted from there.
What this includes
- ✓Week 1, Discovery: uses your diagnostic findings as the brief, or runs a fresh discovery if you have not had one
- ✓Weeks 2-3, Redesign: curriculum and participant journey redesign, gamification mechanics, measurement built in from the start
- ✓Week 4, Pilot: one cohort run with Akatuuti support
- ✓Handoff: documentation and a facilitator guide, your team runs it independently after
