Leadership & Advisory

When a diagnostic isn't enough, put us on retainer.

For directors and heads of programs ready to move past a single fix: redesigning a program for outcomes, building measurement into every cohort, and opening the rooms where creative-economy and innovation-sector decisions get made. Delivery that proves impact, paired with the convening power to make it land.

Together: two women leading from the front, an operator who can prove impact, and a convener who can open the room. That is the pairing development agencies and funders put on retainer.

Hon. Rachael Magoola, in the rooms that matter.
